If you are not satisfied with products that you receive from Witherslack Woodworks we will exchange them or provide a refund. This is with the understanding that the product has not been used and not damaged.
Cancellations – If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 01539 552387 or emailing [email protected]. Please be aware we will have to charge for any wood that has already been cut to order.
There may also be a handling charge if we have begun to process an order.
Delivery – usually we offer a collection only service, but we may be able to deliver within a small radius from our site at Halecat for an extra charge.
